The primary function of the Call Center Representative is to provide high value customer service. To perform routine clerical tasks; answer inbound phone calls; to provide information to ECAT customers about their shipment status; to do related work as required.

The responsibilities of the Controller cover the Motor Carrier Division, the Brokerage Auto & Freight and Ocean & Air Freight Forwarder Division, and the Equipment Leasing Division. Qualified applicants will have previous experience in accounting or other related fields and a fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
